Initial Meeting
We’ll start with a free 20-minute online consultation, where I’ll get to know you, your background, and your goals for your online presence. This helps ensure your website reflects your professional identity and speaks to the right audience.

Design Understanding
Next, we’ll have a one-hour design call, where I’ll present initial ideas for your colour palette, fonts, and overall design direction, ensuring every element aligns with your brand and the message you want to convey.
3.
Bespoke Website Design
You’ll receive a custom-designed 1-4 page WordPress website, built entirely around your needs. This might include:
- A professional home page that captures your essence
- An about page introducing your story and qualifications
- A services page that clearly communicates what you offer
- A contact page that makes getting in touch effortless
Each page is designed with intention, clean, modern, and accessible, ensuring your online presence reflects the same trust and professionalism you bring to your work. As well as SEO optimisation on every page.

A Streamlined Process
Your website will be completed within 4 weeks. Throughout the process, you’ll have regular email accessto me between 9am–5pm (Mon–Fri) for updates, feedback, or any questions.

Final Review & Handover
We’ll finish with a 45-minute online call, where I’ll present your completed website. You’ll have the opportunity to request final tweaks before it goes live. Then, I’ll guide you through a handover process with easy-to-follow video tutorials on maintaining your site moving forward.
(Additional upkeep or ongoing support services can be arranged at an extra charge.)
What You Provide

I am happy to insert these photos for you or I can leave them as stock images and you can change them yourself if you don’t quite have them ready yet!
2.
Any copy you would like on your site is not included in my fee. Either you can write in your own, or you can add on my copy-writing service.
3.
You will need to cover the cost of the Bluehost hosting service and also your custom domain name. I will discuss your options with you on the initial call, it isn’t too expensive.
