What's Included?

Discovery & Connection
It will begin with a free 20-minute Zoom consultation– an informal chat to get to know you, your work, and your vision. I’ll learn what makes your brand unique, so your website reflects not only what you do, but who you are.

Design Presentation
Next, we’ll schedule a one-hour design consultation, where I’ll present my initial options for your site’s colour palette, typography, and design direction. This is where your vision begins to come to life, tailored with care and intention.
3.
Bespoke Website Design
You’ll receive a 4-6 page bespoke WordPress website, designed and curated specifically for your brand and audience. Every detail – from layout to copy flow – is crafted to align with your professional identity and attract the right audience.
You can choose one integrated feature to enhance your site:
- A blog to share your insights and grow authority in your field
- A Shopify store to offer products or resources
- A booking system to streamline patient or client appointments
Each page will be SEO optimised to ensue you can gain as much traction as possible.
(If you’d like a combination of two or more, we can absolutely add that for an additional fee.)

A Streamlined Process
Your website will be completed within 4 weeks. Throughout the process, you’ll have regular email accessto me between 9am–5pm (Mon–Fri) for updates, feedback, or any questions.

The Final Touches
Before launch, we’ll meet for a 45-minute walkthrough call, where I’ll present your finished site. You’ll have the opportunity to request final refinements before we go live.

Handover & Support
You’ll receive a smooth handover process and personalised video tutorials showing you how to manage and maintain your website with confidence. You’ll also receive a discount on my ongoing care package for 6 months.Paying only £50 a month for 6 months for me to run the upkeep of your website, instead of the full £75.
(Additional upkeep or ongoing support services can be arranged at an extra charge.)
What You Provide
1.
I am happy to insert these photos for you or I can leave them as stock images and you can change them yourself if you don’t quite have them ready yet!
2.
Any copy you would like on your site is not included in my fee. Either you can write in your own, or you can add on my copy-writing service.
3.
You will need to cover the cost of the Bluehost hosting service and also your custom domain name. I will discuss your options with you on the initial call, it isn’t too expensive.
